"Erin, from Musaic Minds, has been providing fantastic online sessions for young children with disabilities throughout the pandemic. She has worked closely with the staff from the Denbighshire Children’s Centre to enhance each child’s development through sign, song and movement. She has been instrumental in developing a Makaton choir for the older children who have a Learning disability, their parents and staff. Individual sessions, held on line or in person (following all guidance re social distancing and use of PPE), have been hugely successful. The older teenagers have enjoyed being able to meet up (virtually) with their friends, catching up and enjoying a sing along together. She has been able to help the young people address issues around anxiety, due to the pandemic, using her skills as a therapist. Feedback from children/young people and parents has been extremely positive with requests for the service to continue."

"Erin facilitated an amazing project over 3 days for the young people in the Being Me! project. Working with individuals aged 14-25 with single and multi-sensory impairments and additional learning needs, she adapted her approach to ensure that each individual was included and each piece of equipment was accessible to everyone! Fun and energetic sessions, that aided the young people to develop lots of key skills whilst having a laugh. Will definitely be inviting Erin back again soon for more!"
